• INDEX TABS. Four Mylar coated Tabs separating the main sections of the Directory are featured this year, and AVAILABLE FOR COLOUR ADVERTISING. • TAB FRONTS The Fronts of the Four Tabs described above are now available for your colour Ads.

Ad Submissions: ALL ADS MUST BE SENT IN ELECTRONIC FORM. Acceptable formats are: PDF - (Press Quality) preferred; QuarkXPress 7.0 or earlier with fonts; InDesign 2.0 with fonts; PhotoShop EPS or TIFF; Illustrator 10.0 EPS. No Corel, MSWord or WordPerfect. All electronic files must be accompanied with a printed proof (inkjet or better). Media: CD-ROM or 100 MB Zip disk.

If compressed to under 10 MB, it may be sent by email attachment. Online iDisk available for uploads. Film: The 2008 Directory is CTP produced, therefore NO PROCESS FILM IS ACCEPTED for ad submission.

IMPORTANT Note about Bleed Ads: Be sure that your type falls within 1/4” left & right to avoid being punctured by Wiro Binding. Business Card Ads: Mail your business card and it will be scanned as is (included in placement cost). Any alterations are charged extra.
